What happens during my 1st week?

I will take you through my vision creation exercise so I can get clear on what you want in 12 weeks.

This will give us what I need to create your custom nutrition plan & training plan.

 

I will meet twice per week for the first two weeks to help you get a good start.

Each session is 60 minutes.
